Within each plan, there is a Board with different lists that holds multiple cards. However, when I assign a task to me (gmail) in planner I cant see any notifications in to-do. Hi, Im having problems with sync between To-Do and Planner. I decided to move all Microsoft To-Do tasks in Planner in order to better work with metadata, and leveraging capabilities like sorting, grouping, filtering, categorizing, and prioritizing. Like Outlook, it syncs with To-Do so your tasks can be seen in either location but adds in the collaboration aspect by working with Microsoft 365 groups and users.
